The sales made through ASTEC , Actividades Electrónicas S.A web site in its OUTLET Section, are regulated online sales by Spanish specific online sales laws and to be controlled by General Terms of Use and Contract show in this document.

Contract object, product and services description

This OUTLET section included discontinued Radiocommunication products and accessories just like that other ASTEC traded products.
Products Condition
We are offering the products in perfect condition of work with the specific details described in followed type:
• A Type: completely new product in perfect work and cosmetic condition.
• B Type: Product new but with some small cosmetic or wrapping imperfections.
• C Type: Product in good work condition coming from demos or exhibitions.

HOW CAN YOU BUY
On line orders
You can put an order very easy in our OUTLET section, for doing it please you have to make the following steps:
1.- After you have chosen your interested product, make a click right over the “Buy Now” icon, after this, one piece of this product will ingress in your shopping cart and your screen show a new window in order you want to continue shopping, close the order or erase a previous item.
2.- You can check your shopping cart amount and it’s contents any time only clicking right over “See Cart” button. In this screen you can change or delete the previously marked items quantity from your shopping cart too. You have to click in “Update Cart” after any change executed.
3.- If you want to continue Shopping please just click over in “Continue Shopping” icon.
4.- Once you have just chosen all your interested products, please click over “Checkout” icon. If there is the first time you have been enter in our outlet section, you must to carry out a little test. If you are just a customer from our Outlet section, clicking your password you can enter directly to your account and modified your personal date (address change, telephone, email etc).
5.- In this step we are requiring your items acquired delivery address and confirming too your billing data.
6.- Them the system will calculate the applicable tax and shipping cost of the each order. You will have to click over “Checkout” icon If you are conform with this data.
7.- The payment of the items will make by bank transference. Once we have received your order we will send you our pro forma invoice including tax shipping cost and our data bank for transference porpoises. After this step the products will reserve along 3 business days from your order date waiting your bank transference being in firm in our account.
8.- Once you have made the transference you will have to send us by fax *34 91 661 73 87 or email to astec@astec.es the bank transference copy receipt. Lead time begin to star after we have received your bank transference confirmation.
9.- Shipping methods are; DHL, postal parcel or similar system.

You can send your order by email too. Within the 2 business days after the order reception, we will send you our pro forma invoice including your products requested and all the data necessaries for the bank transference porpoises.
The rest applicable conditions to these orders are the same like the previous section.
PRICES & TAX
Prices
The items prices not included tax or shipping cost and show in Euros. These cost shown in last step of the order process, immediately before of firm confirmation and will detail it separately of the products cost. In the answered sent proforma for each order we will calculate the exactly cost in function of the products destine.
Prices validate time
The prices showed are valid in each moment and can be modified at any time, without notice.
VAT application
The system will calculate the tax rate at the present moment in Spain. It will charge you sales tax based on your shipping address or country destine and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed.
The system will not charge the VAT tax for UE or outside UE countries just as to Canarias Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, in these cases the responsibility for local paying tax will be charge on the customer against the customs agents.
The purchases made by VAT passive subjects (enterprises, entities, organizations), with European residence, outside of Spain and with intra communitarian NIF will be exempt for VAT payment. SHIPPING COST AND RETURNS
Orders received delivering
The orders delivery will make by freight company or postal parcel service. ASTEC Actividades Electronicas will send the products required conform the received order data and Don’t assume any responsibility if it could be impossible to deliver by customer absence or incorrect customer address. In this case all additional charges; shipping return and sending again will be by customer side. Please If you see anything irregular when you are receiving the parcel like just opened or broken parcel, check it contain before sign the conform receipt. If your order have any damage or it’s not complete please send us an email informing us explaining the incidence, we will inform you about the shipping return procedure.
If after we received the payment of the order it couldnt be stock in our warehouse of any items you have required from us, we will proceed immediately to refund you the money in the same way we received the payment.
Shipping cost
We will apply shipping charges depending of merchandise destination and conform of following table:
• National shipping to Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 9,40€ + VAT for expedition.
• Canarias Islands, Ceuta and Melilla 18€ + VAT for expedition.
• European countries 18€ + VAT for expedition.

Right of Retraction / Refunds
The buyer can revoke the contract within 15 days after product purchased date by mail previously communication to astec@astec.es. This right is conditioning by the case appearance (plastic protector seal) and product correctly work. This refund must came accompanied with prove bank transaction documents or a copy of that. The buyer paid all the refunds cost and sent the products correctly packed for shipping carrying with the possible risk of shipping damage up to our warehouse.
Warranty
All the products are warranted by the actually laws and show the conditions in the warranty certificate enclosed with the products. This warranty does not apply To damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by the manufacturer.

For a correct management of your orders, we need to get some personal data. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These general conditions will be governed and interpret conform the Spanish legislation. The parties express their refuse to any other rights or legislation that could concern them, for any law resolution that could be apply, they submit themselves to the jurisdiction and competence of Alcobendas city (Madrid-Spain) court.
